Ingredients

INGREDIENTS
 ½ lb Organic ground meat of choice
 ½ lb Iceberg lettuce
 2 tbsp Bourbon
 2 tbsp Maple syrup

DIRECTIONS

HEAT grill, skillet or frying pan on high. MIX ground meat with salt, pepper, bourbon, maple syrup. CREATE small patties and flatten with stainless steel spatula. FLIP patties when browned. Keep flattening. TOP with cheese optional.

CUT lettuce head into 1/4 chunks. SELECT best size layers (3-4) pieces. ADD preferred garnishes, (ketchup, onion, pickles etc) TOP with patties cooked as desired (med-rare etc) SERVE.
