INGREDIENTS
 1 lb Ground bison, or lean,organic beef.
 1 Egg
 2 tbsp Fine chopped white onion
 2 tbsp Fine chopped dill pickle
 1 tbsp Ketchup
 1 tbsp Yellow mustard

DIRECTIONS

Set up work station.

Dice onion and pickles. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Mix with hands. Gloves recommended.

Preheat oven 400 degrees. Heat skillet on high. Roll meat between palms to make small meatballs. Place in hot skillet.

Cook until meat is braised on one side. Flip meatballs. Turn off heat. Place in hot oven 5 mins.

SERVE. Enjoy!
